Name: Apple and Rhubarb Crumble
Ingredients: 5 apples (we used Granny Smith); 4 stalks rhubarb; 2 tbsp water; 2 tbsp caster sugar; 1 pinch cloves (ground); ½ tsp cinnamon (ground); ½ cup plain flour; ½ cup rolled oats; 2 tbsp butter (softened); 3 tbsp brown sugar; ½ tsp cinnamon; 2 tbsp flaked almonds (optional, to sprinkle on top )
